Virtual Assistant 10 Hours per Week (IC-WC)

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit blogs with information provided utilizing Chat GPT
  • Repurpose content into social media posts
  • Create and edit reels
  • Create and maintain a content calendar
  • Track KPIsand how many clients are coming in through website, networking, etc.
  • Manage invoices and bookkeeping
  • Create weekly and monthly financial projections
  • Outreach for podcasts
    • Make a list of podcasts for client to be on
    • Pitch client to the podcast list
    • Send headshot, bio, and book based on client's availability
    • Repurpose podcast into social media content and blog post
  • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Requirements
  • Proficiency in SquareSpace, Instagram, LinkedIn, Flock, Monday.com, Canva.
  • Strong experience in social media.
  • A tech-savvy nature with the ability to quickly adapt to and master new tools and technologies.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate.
  • Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, platforms, and projects efficiently.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to all aspects of content and scheduling.
  • Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
  • Central, Eastern, or Mountain Time Zone
