With 16 branches and four manufacturing facilities located in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM Counter-tops manufactures, sells and installs over 20,000 premium surface counter-tops a year. **Required immediately, our LOCAL BRANCH is seeking an IN HOME SALES REPRESENTATIVE for the NORTH WASHINGTON /SNOHOMISH area.**
**Desired Skills & Experience:**
* Have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Possess strong organizational skills and live in the details
* Be able to approach situations with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment
* Previous experience in sales or a similar role
* Possess a valid Drivers License
* Ability to lift and carry samples weighing up to 30 lbs
* ***Open availability including evenings and Saturdays***
* ***Ability to service the sales area by road:* *Snohomish - Skagit - Whatcom County***
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Proactive customer service from start to finish, and beyond
* Completing in home sales consultations for appointments set by the local branch
* Completing on average 10 sales calls per week.
* Following our prescribed and proven sales approach
* Educating customer thoroughly about FLOFORM products, installation process, product care, and warranty information
* Assisting customers in the selecting of product/color/material
* Taking measurements and providing accurate, prompt price quote to homeowner
* Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating activities with other departments as necessary; escalating complaints to supervisor as required
* Communicating with the support team to ensure smooth transition from order placement to product installation
* Actively seeking opportunities to network and build relationships to promote business relationships
