The Thurgood Marshall College Fund s National Talent Bank (NTB), in partnership with Costco, is proud to announce the application for the 2024 Costco | NTB Career Foundation Program. This program provides technical training, certification, and career opportunities for candidates in search of customer service roles with Costco in the greater Charlotte, NC area. Positions include various departments ranging from the bakery, deli, food court, front end, maintenance, membership, merchandising, pharmacy, or tire shop. Interested candidates who are looking for a new, exciting career are encouraged to apply.
Benefits:
- Part-time customer service opportunity with Costco, post-certification.
- Part-time hours can range depending on availability and candidate preference (10 to more than 40 hours per week).
- $18+ hourly start rate (based on role and skill set).
- Participate in a mandatory, Business & Communicative Skills Training Certification Course (virtually).

- Previous work or volunteer experience;
- High School Diploma or completion of equivalent diploma program (GED, etc.);
- Unwavering dedication to career advancement, hard work, and providing the best customer service to Costco customers, stakeholders, and NTB s Training Success Network;
- Must be able to participate in and successfully complete all program-related activities
- Inclusive of all Business Communication Certification and Badging course components, as well as applicable Costco onboarding and training processes;
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without needing employment visa sponsorship now or in the future; and
- Must be able to successfully complete all program-related and applicable Costco background evaluations.
