Summary /Objective
The production associate supports the production team in the management of the production stages of the product lifecycle. Issue POs and monitor on-time shipments. Manage monthly replenishment POs by analyzing sales and inventory reports. Proactively highlights delivery issues and partners with leadership on resolutions. Interfaces with sales, merchandising, design, and operation teams.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- and PO management: Analyze sales and inventory data to plan monthly replenishment POs. Update cost and delivery dates on open POs, and monitor the on-time shipment.
- Communication: Drive daily production process through communication with a global vendor base throughout the product life cycle. Communicate the forecast data to the vendor to reserve production capacity.
- Management: Tracks PPS and TOP samples and communicates the schedule with internal partners.
- Life Cycle Management: Uses AS400.
