**Payment Processing Support Specialist**
Client Services, Inc. (CSI), a BBB Accredited call center located in St. Charles, Missouri, is a seeking career minded individual to join our team. Representing many of the largest and most sophisticated financial services organizations in the United States, CSI is seeking a personable and highly motivated individual to fill our opening as a Payment Support Specialist. Responsibilities
* Support Department with administrative tasks involved with processing and applying payments
* Create and edit logs/reports via Excel spreadsheets
* Edit and create basic Word documents
* Handle many filing and organizational responsibilities
* Receive, sort and deliver mail
* Make daily bank and Post Office deliveries
* Assist in the preparation of deposits and adding batches of checks
* Verify funds on checks
* Work in a team environment to meet client posting deadlines (up to 12 times daily)
* Must be flexible and adapt well to change as job duties may vary depending on the needs of the business
Qualifications
* Advanced understanding of Excel
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Time management with the ability to multi-task
* Strong communications skills and capable of working in a team environment
* Required schedule will vary 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
