**Description**

* Input and book all mortgages on the DCU system, quote and accept payoffs, and answer all incoming phone calls regarding all servicing inquiries.

* Perform various file maintenance duties including, but not limited to: discharge research and preparation, performing loan corrections, completing the standard system check review and comparison, and maintaining all hazard insurance tracking for all mortgages.

* Complete assigned service requests within the established department timeframes and effectively communicate with members as needed.

* Assist and support functions for loan boarding, preparation of documents for loan sales, schedule of loan closings and all communications with applicable parties.

* Perform support functions to ensure all closing and post closing processes are complete.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
