**Team Fishel**, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is coming to the **Akron/Cleveland** area, and we are looking to hire outstanding **Aerial/Overhead Telecom Laborers !** **Aerial** **Telecom Laborers (Groundman)** **will handle projects of various complexity and perform site work on** new business projects within our Telcom Construction division. It is also a great opportunity to be part of the initial team that will establish **Team Fishel** as the leader in utility construction industry in Northeast Ohio as it grows. Responsibilities
* Work as a part of a overhead telecom crew
* Load, unload, layout and prep tools/supplies/equipment/materials needed at each job site
* Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Lineman, Foreman, or Supervisor
* Handle physically demanding construction duties
Requirements & Qualifications
* Valid CDL-A is strongly desired
* Must be able to follow instructions and have good communication skills
* Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, and reach
* Must be able to climb ladders
* Must be able to travel
* Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor under all types of conditions
* Valid Driver's license required with clean driving record for the last 3 years
* Basic tools required could be climbing tools (Belt and Gaffs), basic hand tools etc.
* Must be committed to working safely
* Must pass pre-employment drug screen
***Bilingual and prior construction experience is highly desirable.***
**Team Fishel** will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and maintenance.
