What Our Dietary Aides Do:
* Set up meal trays, food carts, dining rooms, etc.
* Set up steam table, serve food in dining as instructed.
* Assist in checking diet trays before for errors regarding diet and allergy.
* Deliver and collect foot carts, and trays to and from designated areas.
* Perform dishwashing/ cleaning procedures.
* Provide assistance to cook and other dietary personnel and service of meals.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of food handling, prep and service
* Knowledge of local and state health codes a plus
* Basic understanding of kitchen cookware and appliances
