What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

Handle Customer Inquiries: Act as the frontline ambassador, answering customer inquiries via phone, providing exceptional service, and addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
Data Entry Tasks: Seamlessly manage data entry tasks including order processing, price and delivery updates, and expediting orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Engage Potential Clients: Take charge of leads, engage potential clients, and convert inquiries into actionable opportunities.
Manage Literature Requests: Ensure accurate documentation and timely dispatch of materials by managing literature requests with precision.

What You'll Need to Succeed as a Customer Service Representative:

Customer Service Experience: While prior experience in customer service is a plus, a strong willingness to learn and a friendly demeanor are equally valued.
