HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Manager licensed as a LPC or LCSW. for a non-profit Behavioral Health Program in Napa, CA. The Integrated Behavioral Health Manager will join a FQHC s multidisciplinary team in providing the highest quality of non-judgement, individualized care.


  • LPC, LCSW will work FT Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
  • LPC, LCSW develops staffing plans, supervise staff, assign duties, conduct clinician evaluations, and approve timesheets
  • LPC, LCSW collaborates with management team to create the success of the Integrated Behavioral Health model within primary care clinics
  • LPC, LCSW utilizes knowledge of the DSM for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
  • LPC, LCSW has knowledge of psychotropic medications and chronic diseases
  • LPC, LCSW stays abreast on laws and patient rights
  • LPC, LCSW provides staff / student supervision through a trauma informed/health equity lens
  • LPC, LCSW represent the organization at meetings with partners
  • LPC, LCSW recruit s student interns, and interface with each student s practicum instructor to provide clinical & professional feedback
  • LPC, LCSW collaborate with the IBH Director to develop and maintain protocols and ensuring compliance
  • LPC, LCSW collaborates with clinic, hospital, and external providers to manage patients' behavioral health issues
  • LPC, LCSW provides crisis intervention and brief warm handoffs as needed


Behavioral Health Manager Requirements:


  • Current California Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Professional Clinical Counselor required
  • 2 years post master s degree and supervisor experience required
  • Experience working in an integrated behavioral health setting, including brief-solution focused services strongly preferred
  • Must have ability to supervise, lead and develop staff
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;Bilingual (English/Spanish) language preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required; ability to handle difficult patient situations
  • Must certify and remain current in CPR


Behavioral Health Manager Compensation:


  • $103,000 - $140,250
  • Loan Forgiveness
  • 90 % Employer Paid Medical for employee, 50% dependent pay
