Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Client Services Coordinator/Marketing Assistant to its team. This role will work in Raleigh, NC and works Monday Friday, 8am 5pm. This is a contract role that pays $21-22.75 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to 6 brokers, including the head broker.
- Manage heavy email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and response.
- Redline PDF documents, such as listing agreements, with precision and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Create graphics and write-ups for marketing materials, including property listings.
- Manipulate data in Excel to generate reports and analyze market trends.
- Coordinate signage orders for properties, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Compile tour books and surveys for property viewings, showcasing key features and amenities.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to design and edit marketing materials.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience supporting brokers, sales professionals, or in the marketing space.
- Previous commercial real estate experience is preferred.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with at least 1 year of InDesign experience.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
- Experience in both administrative and marketing roles is beneficial.
