Description:

Responsible for achieving the geographic annual revenue plan in alignment with the overall Corporate Strategy of end customer market penetration supported by Betco chemical and equipment product lines.


**Must live in Detroit, MI or Toledo, OH Metro Area**


RESULTS AND EXPECTATIONS: other duties may be assigned as needed by the Regional Sales Director, VP of Sales-East, or EVP of Sales.


  • Achieve the geographic annual end customer revenue growth plan.
  • Dedicated to end customer selling to penetrate end customer accounts.
  • Responsible for facilitating on-site distributor sales meetings and on-going field training as directed by the RSD.
  • Responsible for adhering to the top initiatives monthly as prescribed by RSD.
  • Support National Account Team in their request to support the closing and launch of National Accounts.
  • Adhere to company Vehicle and Trailer policy.
  • Achieve the T&E expense budgets within the territory.
  • Demo stock management: Financially responsible for all assigned demo inventory.
  • Rotate demo stock thru sales every 180 days or less.
  • Manage inventory value accordingly.
  • Utilize CRM to enter ALL activity to include End User sales calls, Target End User activity, Call and Result, Distributor and End user feedback, and Competitor Information to align with the sales strategy.
  • Utilize Outlook (Calendar/Tasks/Contacts/E-Mail), Betco.com, Betconet, CRM, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Must be proficient in all Betco products, equipment, programs, apps, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in facility solutions.
  • High School Diploma.


REQUIRED SKILLS"

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in Customer Relations (CRM) tracking software.
