Myrick Recruiting, LLC is seeking an Area Sales professional for an established manufacturer for the AR. OK, LA, and MO markets. The primary function is to create long-term value through building mutually beneficial relationships influencing loyalty within the building materials, construction, and architectural sectors.
- Candidates in OK, AR, MO markets will be considered.
- This role will have 50% travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research via all available methods to gain knowledge and direction for the market.
- Use CRM to log each interaction with all contacts and understand all past, present, and future construction projects in the sector.
- Develop a business plan and outline goals annually.
- Participate in industry related organizations (board memberships, meetings, events)
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales team to develop and maintain key account and partner relationships.
- Discuss and review opportunities with the engineering, product management, and new product development teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years related experience in a sale capacity.
- Previous sales experience in the Construction, Building Materials, or Architectural sectors.
- Previous sales presentation experience
- CRM experience
