Our team is recruiting for an admin role at a boutique hedge-fund based in Midtown Manhattan! The team is known for their fast paced environment and great team-mentality. The company has a small admin team that work closely together to ensure the office runs smoothly. They are incredibly excited to bring in a likeminded individual who can add true value to the team!


THE ROLE

This is an Administrative Assistant role with office management elements supporting the COO and CFO of the firm.


The role includes duties such as

  • Calendar management
  • Travel organization
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Vendor management
  • Expenses, billing, and invoice tracking
  • Phone management
  • Ad hoc projects


THE CANDIDATE

This individual should be a confident, hardworking, and personable individual who is looking to be a true team player. The company is looking for someone who is flexible and a direct communicator.


This person should

  • 1-3 years of EA experience
  • Experience in a similar environment, financial or professional services
  • Be a dedicated admin who is looking to further their career in an administrative position
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with calendar management



THE COMP/BENEFITS

  • Paying between $65-85k
  • Full time in the office, flexibility when required
  • 8am-5:30pm
