We are seeking a Fire Protection Engineer to design and implement fire protection systems for various environments. The candidate must possess a demonstrated understanding of fire protection technologies, fire hazards, and safety engineering principles, as well as the ability to mitigate fire-related risks.


This position is full-time and requires authorization to work in the United States.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement fire protection systems fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems in compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications outlining system design recommendations.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing spaces.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate fire protection measures seamlessly into building designs.
  • Perform detailed calculations and simulations to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of fire protection systems under different scenarios.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to customers, project teams, and regulatory authorities on fire safety requirements and other fire protection engineering matters.
  • Stay updated on advancements in fire protection technology, research, and best practices to continuously improve design solutions.


Basic Qualifications

  • At minimum, 5 years of experience designing, working with Fire Protection systems
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills


Preferred

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in engineering with a focus in Fire Science
  • Fire Alarm/Protection Certifications
