Dynamics 365 F&SCM Business Analyst


Overview:


As a Dynamics 365 F&SCM (Finance and Supply Chain Management) Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the Post-Implementation customizations, and ongoing support of D365 within our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements, translate them into system configurations, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of the platform.


Qualifications:


-Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations, with specialized knowledge in Advanced Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Production Controls.


-Profound understanding of production scheduling, Master Planning, and Manufacturing execution processes within Dynamics 365 F&SCM.


- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&SCM modules, functionalities, and configurations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.


- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).


- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM is a plus.

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.

- Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 F&SCM configuration.


2. Solution Design and Configuration:

- Design and configure Dynamics 365 F&SCM modules to meet business requirements.

- Customize forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards to optimize user experience and efficiency.

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 F&SCM with other systems and applications.


3. Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Develop test plans and scenarios to validate system configurations and customizations.

- Conduct functional and integration testing to ensure system stability and reliability.

- Identify and address any issues or bugs encountered during the testing phases.


4. Training and User Support:

- Provide training and support to end users on Dynamics 365 F&SCM functionality and best practices.

- Create user documentation and training materials to facilitate user adoption.

- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot system-related issues in a timely manner.


5. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Dynamics 365 F&SCM.

- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process efficiency enhancements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
