Join a dynamic ESC group as a Mid-Level Project Finance Associate, focusing on renewable energy projects. This mission-driven team of around 40 attorneys excels in development, tax, permitting, real estate, and finance, emphasizing flexibility and work-life balance. The group works with top-tier renewable energy developers and sponsors, handling multi-million dollar project finance transactions. You will be involved in structuring and negotiating complex financings, including tax equity and debt, for high-profile renewable energy projects. With flexible remote work options and future in-house opportunities at leading renewable energy companies, this role is ideal for those seeking growth in a supportive environment. Preferred location is New York, but all firm offices are considered.
Compensation: $310,000 - $390,000
