Seeking to find an Accounting Manager to join a reputable Faith Based Educational Non-Profit in Nashville, TN. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all aspects of general accounting, and financial analysis. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and independence in order to best support the established accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing and supervising the company s financial strategy
- Managing the company s financial accounts, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
- Handling the company s transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecasting
- Performing the company s financial audits
- Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data
- Creating financial reports based on data analysis
- Making recommendations to business stakeholders
- Work closely with the CFO on accounting related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field
- 3+ years' working in marketing/brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
- CPA preferred
