Assistant Property Manager


Job Details

Prestigious landlord seeks experienced Assistant Manager for single commercial property located in this prominent Hoboken location. Successful candidate will be right-hand to Property Manager in supporting day-to-day activities within a single commercial asset. Responsibilities will include, among other duties:

  • Directing and managing all operations including maintenance, tenant relations and risk management
  • Preparation of financial reports, budget management and capital project initiatives
  • PO requisition processing and bid review
  • Analysis of expense budget variance and building staff payroll submission
  • Management of tenant relations, coordination of repairs/maintenance and tenant build-outs
  • Assisting in development of infrastructure strategies
  • Diverse special projects


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of related property management experience; commercial a "plus"
  • Bachelor's degree highly desirable
  • Exposure to Yardi, MRI or similar real estate software; intermediate Excel
  • Superior customer service and communication skills are necessary
