Administrative Assistant


Job Details

Wealth management firm seeking a part or full-time administrative assistant to support investment advisors. The role may expand into investment operations-related support. Job responsibilities include:

- answering phones and greeting guests

- scheduling meetings and interacting with clients on administrative matters

- maintaining files and a clean, organized office environment

- coordinating with back office staff to process administrative paperwork for clients

- word processing and assistance with spreadsheet preparation

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior financial services experience is a plus.
