Corporate M&A/Private Equity Associate

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a corporate associate with 1-4 years of experience for its Corporate Transactions Practice Area in New York, Chicago or Boston. This position will focus on executive compensation & benefits. The salary for this position is between $225,000-$310,000.

Job Requirements:

• 1-4 years of Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions experience within a law firm.
• Experience with Executive Compensation & Benefits is preferred [not required].
• Strong academic credentials required.
• Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice required.
