* Desk deals, T.O. deals,
* Motivate sales staff to perform to their potential
* Track daily and monthly goals
* Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
*Qualifications:*
* Outgoing, career minded personality with an expertise in developing relationships
* Experience creating a positive sales environment and providing excellent customer service
* A proven track record of at least 3-5 years of automotive Sales management experience is a must
* Strong attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
* Valid driver's license with good driving record
*Required Experience:*
* 2 Years minimum sales manager experience

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
