Holiday Inn Express & Suites, in East Peoria, is currently adding a Full-Time, Front Desk Agent to our team!

Shift Hours:3pm-11pm Scheduled Days: 5 Days a Week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
• Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work weekends
