Qualifications:
- Experience designing in the heat exchanger industry is preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Solid Works preferred
- Knowledge of AICS, ASTM material standards
- Knowledge of API-661, OSHA, and PIP
- Knowledge of ASME Pressure Vessel Code (Section VIII, Div. 1)
Job Description:
- Schedule is Monday through Thursday with half days on Fridays
- Create and/or check models, drawings, and bills of material for product components and assemblies
- Interpret design/customer drawings
- Provides status, updates, and any conflicts discovered during detailing
- Work to ensure provided deadlines are met
- Prepare and/or check complete project drawings and/or documents
- Keep informed of new developments and requirements affecting the organization for recommending changes in standards, programs, or applications
