Summary
Spigen s Stock Planning Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring complex processes and analyzing current status and identifying problems related to orders, inventories, stocks, shipments, etc.
Job Duties
Responsible for order consolidation
Identifies and resolves issues regarding shipping and return orders on an e-commerce platform
Performs overstock quarterly analysis and creates effective inventory plans and strategies to maximize profitability for the company
Responsible for driving continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, and monitoring out of stocks, low stock inventories, inbound notice, and sales and margin
Responsible for generating and delivering reports through Excel and Google Suite to monitor stock status and order processes
Responsible for monitoring urgent orders and the follow-up process
Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other related software
Knowledge of Inventory/Order Processing Software
Requirements
Bilingual in English/Korean required
Bachelor s degree in a related field
U.S. work authorization required
