WHO WE ARE
TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and in 2018 Preston's wife Brianna joined the Creator Economy by launching her first YouTube Channel, BriannaPlayz. In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication.
We at TBNR are a group of skilled CREATORS coming from a variety of professional backgrounds, but what we have in common is a passion to continuously grow and deliver the latest and greatest content! Our Art Department is the magic behind bringing each set and prop to life in TBNR's videos. The Prop Fabricator's craftsmanship and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our sets and content are visually stunning and captivating.

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES- Facilitate the design, construction, fabrication, and decoration of sets
- Read and interpret outlines and ideas, converting them into tangible tasks and deliverables.
- Provide confident estimates on cost and expected deadlines for projects.
- Foresee (with a reasonable understanding) problem areas with regard to meeting a deadline or completing a project and create/provide solutions for them
- Work and communicate with other department supers (supervisors) as necessary to complete approved projects
- Physically build sets, and assign stages and team members to each project as needed
- Inspect and ensure the work spaces for the Art Department stay safe and clean
- Consistently enforce safety precautions and ensure policies are being followed according to OSHA standards
- Provide assistance to other departments when deemed necessary and time allows
REQUIREMENTS- In-depth knowledge of set construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
- Excellent understanding of electrical and hydraulic principles
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
