As a Senior Computer and Network Support Technician at our client s organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our technical infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support for computer and network systems, managing communication devices, overseeing the site's computing infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of both hardware and software components. You will work closely with various teams to implement projects, resolve technical issues, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. Focus:
- Provide comprehensive field support for computer and network systems, including implementation, advanced troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Manage communication devices such as switches, hubs, wireless devices, and voice systems.
- Oversee the computing infrastructure, including virtual and physical servers and storage devices.
- Participate in the design and execution of MIS infrastructure projects.
- Maintain rigorous safety and environmental protocols.
Skill Set:
- A minimum of six years of experience in computer/electronic systems troubleshooting with two relevant technical certifications, or eight years of experience with one certification, or ten years of experience in the field.
- Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, RF field experience.
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Microsoft Server MCITP, A+, and Network+ preferred.
