**Sales Representative**
Sales WHEATLAND, Wyoming Minimum Experience **Mid-level**
Duties:
Manage all aspects of the relationship for several key customers. This includes the following:
* Build and maintain a relationship with the key players in the assigned accounts
* Manage all quoting, ordering and schedule coordination for the account. This includes obtaining all specs and other information in a timely manner to meet production schedules. Ensure that clear communications are maintained at all times.
* Advocate for the customer inside the company, making sure that the customer needs are known and addressed.
* Positively represent the company to the customer. This includes managing expectations and managing through inevitable problems.
* Deal with billing, pricing, payment, and other commercial issues with assigned customers
Reporting:
This position reports to the General Manager. Typically, there are no direct reports to this position.
Requirements:
Construction or sales background. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Understanding of post frame construction. The ability to work independently in a team focused environment. Excellent time management skills.
This position requires that, after a training period, that the employee be able to do their own quoting, and takeoffs, or to be able to coordinate this activity with others, being responsible for the result.
