Retail Lead Associate will assist the Store Manager in the daily operation of the retail store.
**Responsibilities**
* Fully understand and support Xanterra Mission Statement and Core Values.
* The Retail Sales Lead shall have the same duties and responsibilities as the Retail Sales Clerk, along with the following additional duties and responsibilities.
* Carry out the assignments given by the store manager and see that clerks carry out assigned duties.
* Assist store management in the training of new sales clerks and keep store management informed of training progress.
* Help with processing store paperwork and receive product as directed.
* Assist with opening and closing duties as directed, including assisting clerks with deposits and drops.
* Maintain security at all times in the store.
* As directed ensure housekeeping is being attended to in the store, as well as stocking, folding and display maintenance.
* Emphasize customer service at all times to clerks.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
* Previous Xanterra Parks & Resorts retail experience
* Ability to carry out assignments on time and as directed.
* Good communication skills with the willingness to interact with a broad cross-section of customers.
