Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager. As a Manager at FINKA Table & Tap, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management for 3+ years
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations
- Experience in training and developing staff
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Asian and Latin cuisine is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
