**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **:** * Support Account Managers to complete administrative tasks
* Initiate renewal activities
* Create/update coverage specifications in agency management system database
* Process policy changes
* Review Quotes and prepare client proposals
* Maintain accurate customer files and diary system
* Utilize carrier websites to quote, process changes and access policy documents
* Check policies and endorsements for accuracy & deliver to insured
* Prepare certificates
* Issue ID cards
* Transact agency and direct bill invoicing
* High school diploma required
* College degree, (2 or 4 year) preferred
* One year Insurance or office experience, preferred but not required
