**Role Description**

The customer advocate will receive incoming customer contacts through phone, email, text and social media engagements. The Customer Advocate is responsible for helping coordinate an extraordinary customer experience. This position works closely with the sales and service departments to properly document and schedule customer requests. The Customer Advocate role is listening to customer needs, asking qualifying questions in order to facilitate a proper handoff to the appropriate department through appointment creation and post appointment follow-up. The Customer Advocate will assist in marketing the company through social media and actively engage with customers by connecting them with sales or service consultants.
