Proclinical is on the lookout for a Warehouse Clerk to support all local Manufacturing Plasma Operations. This role is integral to our manufacturing operations and is a contract position based in Social Circle, Georgia.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role is focusing on managing plasma shipments, overseeing the disposition of plasma units, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining the smooth operation of the production area.
Skills & Requirements:
- High School Diploma and minimum 2+ years of related experience.
- 3-5 years of warehouse and/or technical office experience preferred.
- 2 years of stand-up forklift experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and PC environments.
- Ability to operate a stand-up forklift and other material handling powered equipment.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to work in a cold environment and in controlled environments requiring special gowning.
- Willingness to work multiple shifts, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
The Warehouse Clerk's responsibilities will be:
- Support all local Manufacturing Plasma Operations.
- Receive plasma shipments both physically and electronically.
- Manage the Automated and Manual Disposition of plasma units based on the teardown schedule.
- Assist with the Staging of Disposition plasma to be delivered to production.
Segregate questionable plasma units for processing as "On Hold" or "Quarantine" status.
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet-jacks.
Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams and departmental projects.
Maintain an updated record of training, including new revisions on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain in GMP fashion.
