**Client Service Manager (Investments/Retirement/Insurance)**

Responsibilities:
* Participate in the development of a more formalized Client Service Model.
* In-bound and out-bound customer service calls with existing clients
* Outbound calls to existing customers to schedule annual & quarterly review meetings with their Financial Representative
* Submitting applications and other paperwork while ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of financial services experience specifically 401k, 403b, IRAs, Pension Plans, ESOPs, Employee Benefits, mutual funds, annuities, etc.
* Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and/or 66 licenses strongly preferred
* Outstanding communication skills and a desire to provide outstanding customer service
* Must be detail-oriented and have a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
* Bachelor's degree preferred
