Responsibilities:

1. Client Accounting Services: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
3. Advisory Services: Offer strategic financial advice and guidance to clients, leveraging insights from financial analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth.
4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in accounting processes, implementing best practices and technology solutions to optimize client service delivery.
5. Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior staff members, providing training, guidance, and support to foster their professional development and ensure high-quality work.
6. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their accounting and financial needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a focus on serving clients in various industries.
• Expertise in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP), as well as tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
