Join this owner/client as an in-house Architect to help them plan for their ongoing portfolio expansions!-Your new company- This Fortune 500 company is a leader in the diagnostic and imaging world and is looking for an in-house Registered Architect to help with their growth! Almost 100 years ago, this company began providing its innovative products to the world and have found great success in its industry. While there is a long and elaborate timeline of this company, the chapter that we will be focusing on lies in the healthcare and medical space. The organization is a leader in the healthcare space when it comes to imaging equipment. The company is searching for a Registered Architect to join the team and help plan future expansions within their growing portfolio.
-Your new role-As an In-house Architect, or Site Planning Architect, you will visit customer sites to identify suitable locations for equipment. You will also provide site planning support to all departments, as needed. Working alongside the Manager of Site Planning, you will help to create and implement beautiful spaces geared towards improving the health of patients from all parts of the world!
-What you'll need to succeed-- 5-10 years' experience in Architecture & project management.
- Registered Architect license in the state of Ohio required! (Open to individuals who can transfer or secure license quickly).
- Healthcare-related project experience is highly preferred.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with drawings, site visits, etc.
- Ability to travel within working hours (~30%, I'll explain!)
