**Transcript**Thanks for your interest in being part of the Office Depot team. At Office Depot, we offer a wide variety of opportunities to grow your career with competitive compensation and benefits. We also live by our 5C culture that includes, our relentless focus on the customer, our commitment to transparency and integrity, our pursuance of excellence as we embrace change, caring for our communities' customers in each other, and finally, creativity through innovation. In our supply chain locations, you'll see five major activities, receiving, putaway, picking, loading and delivery. Products first enter our building in receiving. A receiving manager or specialist will meet drivers and verify shipping paperwork. After reviewing cartons for damage, product will be scanned and moved to putaway. Putaway happens in two ways, either direct, or breakdown. Direct putaway is taken by forklift directly from the truck to its location. In breakdown, mixed pallets of products are scanned into the system and then sorted by zone on the pallets. These pallets are then shuttled by putaway drivers, and products are scanned and placed in their assigned location in the warehouse. Other pallets are taken to batch refill, where cartons are prepared for single pick. Once we receive customer orders, products need to be picked. The batch person will print orders by wave, and boxes will be loaded onto the conveyor with unique barcodes. By scanning the barcode, the conveyor will divert cartons into pick zones. Here, associates will use pick-the-boys or manually pick orders and place them in the box. When complete, the orders will be verified and prepared for shipping. There are also bulk orders like water or a pallet of paper. These orders will be scanned and picked from the full case conveyor station, or onto a pallet by a forklift operator. Pallets on forklifts are diverted to repack locations or taken directly to the dock. The dock is where products will be loaded for delivery. Orders are sent to either line haul trailers or to warehouse trucks for local deliveries. Cartons will be scanned manually, or by overhead scanning systems, to confirm cartons are loaded directly to the proper trucks. Forklift operators will also load direct pallets and ones built for specific routes. Before closing the door, the manager will confirm all orders are on the truck, before sealing it and giving paperwork to the driver. Part of our delivery team is our private fleet. Drivers have a special responsibility, working directly with our customers. Routes are predetermined and designed to efficiently complete dock drops, inside deliveries and desktop services. All packages are scanned and confirmed at the point of delivery, to ensure exceptional customer service. So these are the main activities you'll see in our facilities. Each department has performance and quality standards, designed to ensure we're providing customers with the greatest buying experience. These metrics roll up into our scorecard for each building, and recognition, rewards and incentives are offered for achieving these goals. Again, thanks for your interest in being part of the Office Depot organization, and helping Office Depot to become an employer of choice. [upbeat music]
