Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer orders and efficiently scheduling them for shipping, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to coordinate with various teams will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, order processing, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with warehouse building products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.


Work Environment: You will be working in an office environment, collaborating with colleagues from various departments, including sales, production, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics. The role may require occasional communication with customers, suppliers, and shipping carriers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $23.00 per hour
