Ourisman Ford Lincoln in Alexandria, VA is seeking motivated and driven Product Specialists to assist customers with finding new or pre-owned vehicles at a thriving and established dealership. Specialists should be personable, attentive listeners, able to multi-task, and driven to succeed at the highest levels of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers at the dealership and conduct a thorough needs assessment to understand what the customer would like to accomplish
- Demonstrate the product as it relates to the needs of the customer
- Be an expert on product availability, technology, tax incentives related to the purchase, and how the product will help the customer fulfill their automotive needs
- Assist the customer in finding the right vehicle in budget and that meets all of their needs
- Set professional goals and work toward meeting them
- Attend training sessions to help grow and learn
- Be a team player and work in an environment that thrives on friendly competition
Applicants
- Do not need prior experience. Heavy management involvement and training will ensure any personable, motivated, and self-driven person will succeed
- Should have a valid driver's license without major violations on record. Must pass background check to qualify for position.
- Compensation includes salary plus commission based on performance and Customer Satisfaction scores
