H2 Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our outpatient clinics in Chilhowie , Saltville , and Rural Retreat , VA. Our ideal candidate will have experience treating a diverse caseload, ranging from orthopedic conditions, athletes, industrial/return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, post-op cases, and balance programs.
