Cantor Law Group is an AV-rated family law firm listed in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. We are seeking an attorney to meet with potential new clients advising them on a variety of family law issues and educate them regarding our services. This position will have:


A minimum six-figure base salary plus a generous performance bonus

No litigation or casework

An 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, in-office schedule, never taking work home or thinking about the job after hours or on the weekends


Requirements:


Licensed to Practice Law in Arizona

Arizona family law experience as described below

Arizona Bar membership


Our ideal candidate is experienced in Arizona family law rules and statutes and is able to meet with potential clients in person or telephonically in order to retain services. You will work together with our Director of Client Relations to meet with and speak to all potential new clients. As a result, you will get the support and training you need to become successful from day one.


The ideal candidate knows family law cases, including dissolution, modification, grandparents' rights, juvenile/dependency, adoptions. Experience with high-net-worth clients and/or business valuation is a plus. The Firm employs a great team of 15 Attorneys, plus numerous paraprofessional, and administrative staff.


We offer an outstanding benefits package, which includes ten (10) days paid holidays, fifteen (15) days paid vacation days, and five (5) personal or sick time off days a year (i.e., 30 paid days off per year). Upon completion of the first year of employment we do offer loyalty vacation time off, which means an employee can earn an additional one (1) day off per year of employment with the Firm for the first five (5) years. Thereafter, each employee will receive five additional days of Loyalty Vacation on their 10th anniversary, 15th anniversary, etc., while employed with the Firm. The Firm pays for half of the cost of the employee s base plan medical insurance benefits for the first year of employment. At one year of employment, the Firm pays for all the cost for the employee s individual base plan medical insurance benefits. Dental/Vision and Life insurance are also paid for by the Firm upon initial enrollment. Additional insurance is available for the employee to add on for self, self and spouse/domestic partner, self and children, or entire family. Also, a 401K with a very generous employer match of 3.5% is offered. Lastly, the Firm pays for your parking beginning on day one.

Cantor Law Group does not post salary ranges for this position; however, this position will have a base salary in the six figures, plus a monthly performance bonus. Any salary or pay scale will depend on a variety of factors including relevant experience and years in practice.
