Data Entry Specialist


Job Details

Our operations team is searching for ideal team players for our Data Entry Specialist role. If hired, your main goal will be to support our production team in reaching their collection goals through investigating claim files to ensure proper handling and investigating accurate balances needed for subrogation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize workloads with structured but minimal supervision.?This is a full-time, in-office position that is computer-based with minimal to no phone requirement.?Prior insurance knowledge/experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Review files from our clients for appropriate handling

Provide general support and complete document requests for internal and external clients

Contact insurance carriers to investigate subrogation balances

Use industry specific software to enter and update files

Communicate challenges and praises to leadership and your team.

Follow compliance guidelines

Help us improve our process by sharing your ideas.

Must be comfortable in a computer-based work environment

Ability to work individually or as part of a team to reach department goals

Have a positive attitude with a desire to learn

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer and office365 skills
