Responsibilities
Finalize home completions and walk homes or buildings with the construction manager and the client
Help builders, contractors, project engineers, and construction manager with all aspects of the job and the daily procedures of the project to ensure the project gets completed in a timely manner and you develop your construction skills
Document job changes and daily construction work tasks to assist the project manager with paperwork
Adhere to all safety guidelines on job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to supervisor
Qualifications
Construction or administrative work experience is desired, but not required
High school diploma or GED is required
Possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license
History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic
Have good physical stamina to climb ladders and climb stairs, work outdoors for long periods of time
