Key Responsibilities:
- What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person?
- Provide technical leadership and support for PC Refresh technicians, including scheduling and monitoring PC Refreshes tickets.
- Follow PC Refresh/IMAC Best Practice to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the PC Refresh deployment process.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new PC Refresh technicians.
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool.
- Present Refresh status/performance to management on a weekly basis
- What is the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Great Customer Service, Team Leadership Skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excell, PowerPoint and Word.
- What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F) 7:30am-4:30pm. Overtime? No. On-call? No.
