We are seeking a driven and experienced National Sales Recruiter to join our team and partner with leadership to build and execute the company's growth strategy.

Duties include:
  • Source and recruit mortgage sales talent and develop a candidate pipeline through active and passive recruiting systems
  • Implement systems and processes to source and identify mortgage sales and sales management talent
  • Passive recruiting utilizing internet resources, social networking, job boards, and cold calling
  • Pre-screen candidates utilizing screening and interviewing techniques
  • Partner with hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience and drive hiring efficiency
  • Understand and promote the value add of SFMC, the company culture and the business mode

Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years of full life-cycle recruiting in a high volume environment
  • Experience recruiting mortgage sales professionals with demonstrated success
  • Experience developing and maintaining networking relationships and centers of influence
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, including persuasive telephone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels, including senior leadership
  • Proficient with technology and the ability to manage databases, i.e. CRM, ATS, etc.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and follow up skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Customer service focused
  • High level of integrity, ethics, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
