Therapist
Freedom Counseling Center is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate therapist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is able to gel with a team but also work independently as an Independent Contractor.
The ideal candidate shall provide quality, ethical, therapy/counseling to consumers of requested services. Therapist will be responsible to build and maintain a weekly caseload of at least 15 clients. Candidate will provide clinical assessments to determine needs, will create and implement individual treatment plans, provide appropriate note documentation and record keeping. In person preferred but may elect to see clients virtually also.
Qualifications include: an active Virginia license in Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Social Work, knowledgable of different therapeutic approaches, strong communication, powerful interpersonal skills, good computer skills, and an overall positive attitude and passion for this work. Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
