Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for medical examinations
- Record and update patient medical history and vital signs
- Collect, prepare, and analyze laboratory specimens
- Assist healthcare providers during exams and procedures
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed by providers
- Sterilize medical instruments and equipment
- Maintain and update electronic medical records
- Assist with patient education and follow-up care
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by providers or supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- No experience
