Pay Range: $23.00 to $28.00 an hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Job Description: As a Service Biller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our services. You will process the company invoices for service customers, ensuring timely and accurate billing. You will also assist in the collections process and resolve customer billing questions or inquiries.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years in billing in a similar role; HVAC experience is a plus
Strong understanding of billing processes and procedures
Excellent customer service and communication skills (written/verbal)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Very organized and manages time efficiently
Data-driven with high computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
