Job Details

As a Clinical Athletic Trainer at TSARO, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team. This position offers predictable 8-hour days and competitive wages, making it an ideal opportunity for professionals looking to ease into a balance between work with other commitments. No prior clinical experience is required. You will receive on-the-job training in clinical evaluation and documentation of pediatric and adult sports and orthopedic injuries, phlebotomy, laboratory machine handling, and diagnostic ultrasonography, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your role.


Responsibilities

  • Perform clinical evaluations and documentation of musculoskeletal injuries for pediatric and adult patients
  • Perform goniometer and dynomometer measurements
  • Operate Diagnostic Ultrasonography Machine
  • Perform Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy Treatment independently
  • Perform blood draws and operate laboratory machinery
  • Assist physician in ultrasound-guided procedures and minimally-invasive surgical procedures


Qualifications

  • BS Degree REQUIRED
  • National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) certification
  • Certification as an Athletic Trainer
  • Must be an ATC with a MI license to be considered


Skillsets Viewed Favorably:

  • MS or Doctorate viewed FAVORABLY
  • Previous experience or certification in phlebotomy is highly valued
