We are seeking a Director of Operations who will provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contributes to all leadership team initiatives, shaping objectives, strategies, and execution plans. Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and operational expertise to drive innovative solutions.
  • Leads and manages day-to-day operations to ensure efficient execution of company strategies and tactics as defined by the leadership team.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and policies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
  • Leverages technology, data, and business automation to maximize overall efficiency.
  • Optimizes resource allocation, including people, equipment, and budget, to maximize efficiency and achieve operational targets.
  • Success in the first year involves improving and standardizing engineering, accounting, and production processes to support strong revenue growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience selecting, training, evaluating, and developing team members.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading operational initiatives, change management, and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • B.S. or M.S. degree in operations management, business administration, or engineering-related field.
  • 5+ years of operations experience in a technology or manufacturing company with management responsibility.


Pluses

  • Business systems integration and automation for an optimized sales and production process flow.
  • Experience with specification and implementation of ERP, MES, or similar enterprise software.
  • Experience in the application of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience with test and instrumentation products or continuous manufacturing processes, especially extrusion.
